Every payment made with Lensmart is under eGHL, which is a certified international online gateway. It is being certified by all bank in Singapore therefore you shouldn’t have worry about the security issue.
Product Delivery
You will get notified by Lensmart through an email sending to your provided email.
A tracking code will be send to you when we had shipped out the items. Simply click in the link provided and enter the code to track your product location.
In normal circumstances, we deliver in 4 to 10 working days for local and South East Asia addresses, excluding the weekends of course. Should your delivery address is outside Singapore, it may take slightly longer, please do consult with our customer service team. But there are cases where by the contact lenses are out of stock or during public holidays like Chinese New Year or Hari Raya, we may take a slightly longer time as well. Anyhow, our customer service team will notify you if there is any delays on the shipment.
You can always cancel your order BEFORE your product being sent. If you still wish to cancel your order during the shipping process, you will need to wait till you get the product, sending it back to us. No refund will be offered, only store credits and product exchange will be offered.
