We deliver our products to all parts of the planet! As long as your country exist, we deliver it!

We use reputable courier companies to ensure that your item is delivered 100% safe and secure. We will also send you the tracking details, so that you can keep a eye on your parcel and track the date and time of delivery.

Estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 working days. However, this may vary in some cases like public holidays, long weekends, or out of stock for certain products. But no worries, our friendly customer service consultant will always be in touch with you if there’s any delays or issues about delivery.

We  utilize both Aramex and DHL as our delivery partner. Here are our shipping rates!

We offer a 7-day return policy which means that you can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returned product can be transferred to store credit or to exchange with another product with same value.

However, this is NOT applicable in the following cases:

  • Unsealed or used contact lenses and products with opened packages (all products need to be in their original condition and packing).
  • Custom order contact lenses.
  • Prescription glasses with lens.

And if the product you received is faulty or damaged, please take a picture of the item and send it to us at . We’ll then send the replacement item just as soon as we can after receiving the returned items. Should there be any complication with returning the product,we will be happy to arrange the pick-up for you with our delivery partner (we do not cover return expenses). We will do our best to prevent such a situation but we cannot guarantee if the items are damaged in transit as we do not have control over third parties.
